The Bridges Suite offers superb conferencing facilities in Maidenhead, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Windsor and is a popular choice for many companies who book with us on a regular basis for a wide range of events. Benefiting from air conditioning and natural light it creates an ideal environment for conferences, seminars and training courses. In addition the hotel is an established venue for many exhibitions and fayres, and has provided many of our regular companies with an excellent conference venue and customer base.

For smaller meetings we also have a syndicate room which is situated on the first floor of the hotel, with a balcony, overlooking the River Thames. It would be suitable as a smaller conference venue for a capacity of 10 delegates.
