Credit Card details have to be phoned through to the hotel in order to confirm your booking. The booking will remain provisional and subject to release, if the Hotel does not have Credit Card details as confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is midday on the day of arrival, cancellations made after this time will result in a charge being made for the full cost of the room, unless the hotel is able to re-sell the room.

Non-arrival
In the event of non-arrival, a charge will be made for the full cost of the first night's accommodation, unless the hotel is able to re-sell the room.
